Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation format: PPT.doc or PPT.docx
- Number of slides should be minimum, and presentation time should be strictly followed. Please stop when signaled by the Chair to do so.
- If your presentation files contain videos/graphic images, please ensure they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
- Each slide should be concise, uncluttered, and readable from a distance: include only keywords and phrases for visual reinforcement. Avoid lengthy text.
- Refer to the program page of the official website for your session and presentation information.
- Re-check the program prior to the conference to confirm if any changes have been made to your session.
- You can also email the presentation to the conference manager one week before the meeting dates.
E-Poster Guidelines
- Poster can be presented as PPT with no more than 5 slides or a single-page poster in PDF format.
- Presentation should be in landscape orientation with a screen ratio of 16:9.
- The presentation must be in PPT or PDF format.
- Avoid overlapping, animated objects, or serial animations.
- Font type: Times New Roman or Arial.
- Font size should be 14pt or bigger.
Essential Information to Include on E-Poster
- Poster should be written ONLY in English.
- Title of the E-Poster (should be brief and match the submitted abstract).
- Names and affiliations of all authors (each author marked with superscript Arabic numbers).
- The logo of the affiliated institution/university should be placed on the upper left-hand corner.
- Font type: Arial, and the title/subheadings should be written in bold. Avoid italics.
- Use 2-3 contrasting colors for a formal presentation. Avoid bright or textured backgrounds.
- Graphs and tables should be well organized, with easy-to-read font sizes.
Special Instructions
Please join the meeting at least 30 minutes before your session begins. There may be changes to the conference program, for which participants will be notified in a timely manner.
